Tirana, 09/04/2026 – The Albanian Development Guarantee Foundation (ADGF) and Crimson Finance Fund Albania (CFFA) have expanded their cooperation agreement, further enhancing financing opportunities for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Albania.
The new agreement is implemented under the EU–KfW Western Balkans Guarantee Programme and aims to facilitate access to credit for businesses through the guarantee mechanism, reducing risk for financial institutions and encouraging lending to sectors with growth potential.
Through this cooperation, businesses will have increased access to financing, supporting investments, growth, and alignment with European Union standards.
“This cooperation further expands financing opportunities for businesses and strengthens the role of guarantees as an instrument for private sector development, and supporting progress towards European Union integration” said Ms. Gertjana Drita, Executive Director of ADGF.
Mr. Dorin Rama, General Director of CFFA, emphasized that the agreement creates new opportunities to support businesses and expand lending activities.
This agreement follows the previous partnership between ADGF and CFFA and marks a further step in strengthening cooperation with this financial institution.
