The Start-Up Window is dedicated to supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with less than 24 months of activity. Launched in May 2021, it aims to improve access to finance for newly registered businesses, helping them overcome early-stage challenges and invest in growth opportunities. Financing under this window is available for working capital, investment loans and overdraft facilities. Loan terms are structured to reflect the type of financing, with flexibility in maturities and grace periods to support sustainable business development. Through this targeted approach, the Start-Up Window fosters innovation, growth and job creation, contributing to a dynamic and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Albania.
