Covid Window
Covid Window
The Covid Window was dedicated to supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) whose operations were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic or related restrictive measures. Launched in April 2020, the window provided financial support to help businesses navigate the crisis, maintain operations and preserve employment during a period of unprecedented economic disruption. Financing under this window was available exclusively for new loans and was designed to address cash flow challenges directly related to the pandemic. Eligible support included investment loans, working capital loans and overdraft facilities, with structured maturities tailored to the type of loan. Through this targeted approach, the Covid Window played a crucial role in sustaining business continuity and contributing to broader economic recovery. The window was successfully closed at the end of 2022.
