Albanian Development Guarantee Foundation is Supervised by the Board of Directors which consists of three members:
One Board member nominated by KfW – Ms. Bahrije Dibra
One Board member nominated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development – Mr. Martin Mici
One independent Board member – Mr. John Khoury (Chairman of the Board)
